The recruitment event will be held as usual at the Porvoo Art Factory on February 10, 2026 from 10 am to 3 pm. Welcome to the largest recruitment event in Eastern Uusimaa!

The aim of the event is to connect jobs and people in an efficient and accessible way and to offer diverse job and training opportunities. In addition, there will be an excellent range of experts and actors working in the field of employment. The event is also a great place to look for and find summer workers and apprentices.

Industrial profession Arena

At the Industrial profession Arena, you can get acquainted with the diverse work and career opportunities of both the Kilpilahti industrial area and the Fortum power plant in Loviisa. At the event, you will also hear about the tasks during the Kilpilahti maintenance shutdown in autumn 2026 and permanent work and career options in the industry.

The available tasks during the maintenance shutdown include, among others

• door and hot work guards
• property maintenance
• Surface treatment
• chef and kitchen assistant
• cashier
• cleaning (here, English can also be used as a working language)

In addition to job opportunities, you will get information about education pathways and skills development for the industrial sector.
